VerifiedUsually, child support is calculated based on the year before. So, if you set the child support from April 2008 it generally would have been based on our 2007 income.
When you are doing the review in June 2009 the support will likely be set based on your 2008 income. It's your gross income that is considered and not agreements. It's fair because it's based on what you really get.

You can't have it both ways. Somewhere she has to get the support based on the extra money.
