He can take you back to Court when there is a material change of circumstances.
As time goes on there will be changes as she gets older but these changes take place after a while and so he would not be able to just come back whenever he felt like it.
If there isn't a material change in circumstances then oppose the motion to vary altogether on the grounds that there is no material change at this time.
Then if that doesn't work you will be back to the best interests of the child test as usual.
