VerifiedYou need to retain a lawyer and demand your rights to be with your kids and the kids have a right to have you as part of their lives.
She has no right whatsoever in acting the way she does and she needs to be stopped. The longer this goes on the harder it will be to re-establish a relationship with your kids.
The Court will make a determination about access (and about custody as well actually) based on what it determines to be in the best interests of your kids. It's virtually inconceivable that the Court would feel it's in their best interests for the kids not to see you based on the facts you set out. The mother would have to have compelling reasons to prove that it's not in their best interests.
