my question is I have full custody of one of 2 daughters that lived with me in my care since birth had few ups and downs throughout life raising them um the father was non compliant and didn't comply with society I always have there was A final court order made that our daughter who is now 11 years old was placed back into care due to the grandmother of father causing me problems after seeking help after the death of my mother not even 2 full months police came with C.a.S as the worker i had build a pretty good relationship with but somewhere down the line she had to do her job also right and take some action against me I guess I wasn't doing anything wrong there was gossip going on I even called my worker to inform her of what I heard she was saying what hurt me the most is I allowed her to take care for me as help she was aware me n her both were in agreement but she had caused me a lot of drama throughout my whole relationship with her son anyways my question was I had another son the court had to place him back into care with me he's been in my care the 2 girls have been with the father things have been ok up untill COVID 19 haven't been able to see my girls the did a lot of damage to my poor son he's got a lot of little issues with leaving me I never leave his side hardly me and the girls father and also I come to place our past relationship in the past it's about the kids and I included his girlfriend he is now has also a one year old with her now and just found out they are expecting another one he also left me n his daughters in the past for a full 21/2 years I had tryd to get in touch with him lots nope wouldn't respond the mother even helped once twice several times any ways in the beginning we made a family court agreement my worker took vacation left another worker to come to first appearance and I was wanting praying they take all 3 of my children out of that grandmas care who caused all this non sense from the start so court order they gave me care of my son who was 12 months and I requested my girls be put in temporary care with there dad and his girlfriend believe it or not I have a small family I'm native First Nation Chippewa kettle Stoney point band member they went with my request for 6 months temporary now after all had been going good with everything she took sick leave now I hear I'm in default and he's trying to go for custody … read more
