I'm sorry to have made this double questions confusing. It was more to describe the hole picture. I tend to be sensitive with descrimination because it is with very subtles actions coming from my work entourage(mgt) and it is very hard to prove but is felt very deeply inside of me. So my question is, do you think after 6 years of service as a supervisor, considering development of unacceptables business practices from upper mgt which put me in a very high stress position. Could I have been accomodated in a different position within the corporation without creating undue hardship? Nothing was attempted, I was told everywhere is the same. Workers positions were fill from a master contractor that provided very poor workmanship du to economic situation in Alberta. I could not have regulations compliances from these individuals and their boss and I was answering for all customers complaints, sometimes with insults and threats. Very little was attempted by higher mgt to correct the situation by fear of not being able to replace the master contractor who by the way is the only one of my knowledge who became millionnaire with Canada post.
