VerifiedYou can't do what you like unless either she consents or you get an order from the Court to make the payments directly to your son. It very well may be that the Court will grant your application. It's actually fairly common that an adult child receive some of the support directly.
It always depends on the facts. Is your son responsible, does he want it this way, are your concerns about the mother rational etc.
If you can afford a lawyer than have the lawyer try to negotiate this first. If you can't you can do this yourself. Get a staff lawyer at the Family Information Centre to assist you. Duty counsel can do so as well.
