It's not acceptable for that little girl to have to fly twice a month, even if she wasn't scared. It's her best interests and needs that count here, not his.

And, if he is giving you less support based on less income the Court will never go for it. The Court will impute income to him and based on the fact that his employment was steady, the Court will impute the income he was earning before and the child support will remain the same.

She sent him a letter in July stating she would be moving in August with her new boyfriend of about 6 months, and he said no. He ended up losing the case and she decided to not even move anymore.
