VerifiedYou are right. Children need structure. It's not in a child's best interests to be in day care when his mother is at home and could be with him.
His father is bullying you and possibly hurting your son.
You will need to retain a lawyer to assist you. The lawyer can try and work out something with the father. If that doesn't work you can either agree to use a mediator or arbitrate the matter or else go to Court.
There are many ways to come up with creative solutions but the botXXXXX XXXXXne is that the father's behaviour is unacceptable and potentially damaging and what's happening now can't be allowed to continue.
He can try to take him away. How could he possibly succeed?
