I have a condo in Mississauga,Ontario. There is not leasing
There is not leasing the unit ,that condo i own and my son is leaving there. at this time he is in jell and he has a girl friend which was some time coming to him there . when I found out of my son not being there I call the girl and ask to give me the keys of apartment and if she's got something belongings of her to take out. at that time she ask me if I can let stay for a month to find a place because her mother do not want her to go there. I agreed to let her in my condo for a month 20 June -20 July and she will offer me $1000.00. After few days she called me and ask to meet her at the condo location to give me the money. I went there , but instead of seeing her , she send a friend to give me $400 and a message she will see me on Monday to give me the rest of money. In the mid time I was called by Condominium office complaining the people living in my apartment s causing a lot of damages around causing, disturbing residents ,stilling etc... I went there to see what happen and I found out the son girl friend brought friends there to leave with out my permeation. i try to call the son girl frien but she not longer answer to my calls or texts I called the police at that time to take them out and i been told because I took $400 they have the right to stay up to 20 July. I went back to the apartment on 20 July to take them out that lady and daughter when they ask me again for more few days due to a funeral (son died) . I agreed to let them stay 5 days more to look for a place. when I been back again after 5 days , I nock the door and no answer than I try to open the door but the apartment locker was changed. I call Lock Smith to open the door ($350) I got in and in the apartment was the daughter with a men and dog which I ask them to leave. they left and I was able to lock the apartment. After 1 Hour I was called by the police to go there to open the door than they can go in because They have rights to stay. I refused ,The lady and daughter broke the door and got in again. police made a report and advice me to do to Landlord Tenant Board to follow up to take them out. due to Coronavirus that place is closed and is very difficult to find some one to help. I am in processing to get all the police report from the calls of condominium management and I. also i have received a letter from Condominium Layer with the all damages they did .please let me know which will be the wright way to take them out as soon possible. … read more
