That's not a long relationship. There wouldn't be much of a spousal support obligation, if any. You can go to the website mysupportcalculator.ca and use its free version of the Spousal Support Advisory Guidelines software to see what range of awards (in terms of # of months and monthly support amount) based on your date. That takes into account the child support due as well, which will be substantial if you're paying full guideline based on your total income.

I believe that some is likely to be ordered, because she can easily say that this was a relationship intended to be of some permanence, evidenced by the buying of a home jointly and having a child together.  Without those factors, I'd say that no spousal support would be due.

The real estate has likely appreciated rather a lot since you bought it in this market, so you should consider which of you will buy out the other's share. That share is likely calculated by firstly taking back what each of you put into the downpayment, and then deciding what % of the increase in value is attributable to each of you. For instance, if you paid the mortgage and all the bills and had someone come in to do the cleaning and there's no yard maintenance or shovelling or grass cutting because it's a condo, then she shouldn't be entitled to very much at all. Still some, as she did put down some. She'll want half of the increase in value of the condo because she's joint owner, but you could say that she should get none of the increase because you paid for everything (if you did) and everyone has to pay to live somewhere.  In the end maybe it'll settle on her getting two sevenths of the increase, proportionate to the downpayment.

I recommend that you consult with counsel to have an exit plan and a draft separation agreement ready to go, and get it done quickly.  Does that make sense?
