What's my right to stay in the family home after a serious…

Well according to BC law I am entitled to 50% of the increase in property value from the time I moved in to now. Assessment shows the value has increased approximately 80,000 In that time . So off the bat I should get $40,000....plus what I put Into the home. I paid half the mortgage for at least 3 years....$500 monthly plus other contributions to the house hold.That's if I leave the home. since he assaulted me and they arrested and charged him and ordered him out of the home for 2 weeks until court.....what is me and my son's right to stay in the home until he goes to trial? Usually the standard no contact order is 1-2 years. and the MCFD said we can't live together for a very long time.... if ever....or I can't have my baby .They say they are there to support and build and reunify families and this is the second time my family has been Torn apart by the ministry. They harm more than help. I'm a victim yet I'm guilty until proven innocent. I have proven myself over and over but because of their thoughts and opinions and lies from hurtful people siding with an abuser.....Im suffering without my baby. I want to die the pain is so bad.

No but he almost killed me the other night. And they removed him. All the agencies say he should not be here for an extended period of time. Told if I let him back In then I don't get my babyit could take 1-2 years for him to go through the courts....and to seek help and address his issues...if he ever does.
