This is considered to be a very short marriage and the usual rules for sharing equally in the value of all assets acquired during the marriage would not apply. As well, if the house was owned before you start living together at best she would share in the  increase in value of that house over the course of three years but because the relationship is so short, again, the regular rules will not apply.
