As CAS does not believe that the father is abusing your children. You will need a lawyer to bring an application to the court for custody. It is possible that you can do that on an emergency basis if the lawyer can convince the court to hear the matter on an emergency basis because the kids are talking about being physically harmed. But this is going to be difficult because the police won't help and the CAS won't help which means that no one actually believes that the children are being harmed.

No I think they will go the house and tell them to come with them and perhaps you can be with the so they aren't scared.
