I am sorry to hear of this terrible situation.
Are you asking about getting an order for custody in case he comes back?
Well he cannot do anything now as you have sole custody and he has no order for access so unless he gets one you are in charge completely.
But he most assuredly should be paying you child support. It is mandatory.
So you or a lawyer acting for you would make the demand and then if doesn't comply you would apply for an order just like you did for custody.
He will be required to provide financial statements and then an order will be made and you can file it with provincial maintenance enforcement and they will enforce the order. They can garnish his wages, suspend his driver's licence and passport etc.
