Hi. I am trying to help my partner locate his 2 daughters whose mother has stopped sending pictures and giving him updates of their where abouts and well-being. He is the Biological father or Molly and Avery (last name being used is unknown.... possible Kirsch) who are 11 and 9 right now. He is the biological father but the mother Melanie 'Kirsch' never put him on the birth certificate or ever has told the girls he is their father. She went back to her husband while pregnant with My Partner ***** *****'s baby. Bradley was at the hospital at her birth (Molly's) and she was named after his deceased sister and born on the same day. That is the only time he has been able to see his daughter and only got to because he went to the hospital on the day of the cesarian. About 2 years later Melanie connected with Bradley again as she was leaving her husband ad gain and wanted his help moving and financially. He helped her as he was happy to be able to see his daughter. He thought they were going to try and make it work together for the children's sake. During that time Melanie became pregnant again with is daughter Avery who he has never seen. he left Melanie before he knew she was pregnant. He left her because of the way she was mistreating and neglecting his son Kaeden who was only around 5 years old at the time. For the first 7 years of the girls like Melanie at least sent pictures and gave updates so Bradley knew his kids were okay. She did not want to tell the girls that Bradley was their father as she had lied to them ad told them her ex-husband was their father so they thought they had the same father as her other children. This did not sit well with Bradley but she would not agree to tell them the truth. he has not received any updates or photos of the girls for the past 3-4 years even though he has enailed and tried to reach Melanie and has asked for them an updates of the girls well-being. He is veru upset but not knowing if his daughters are okay and where they are and f they are ebing looked after properly. Melanie stopped ommunicating and sending him any pictures after she got together and married another man who has military background. That is as much as Bradley knows, He has a few names she may be going by and has her last contact information and address. He only wat to know that his kids are okay and being looked after as he has not been given the opportunity to do that. Once he estabished this he can decide what do do as far and getting it proven that he is the father and would like to be contributing to his daughter's life financially as well as social emotionally. he is a loving caring man and family is of utmost importance. he can no longer live with the fact that Melanie has taken away his rights as the biological father to his 2 girls. How does he go about getting connected with Melanie to establish his role as the child's biological father. and then be given the rights to see the girls in whatever capacity the courts (or family services) deem fair healthy for his girls.

Lawyer's Assistant: Are there allegations of physical or emotional danger to the children?

He is not sure as there has been no contact for 3-4 years even though he has been trying to email which is his only way they had connected in the past.
