If you are asking about an affidavit of documents then you do list them and they are form part of the same list.

But I am not sure why you are preparing this for the upcoming trial.

All documents would likely have been provided long ago, right?

In any event you do have to make sure the other party has seen all documents you are using for the trial ahead of time.

You don't need to do another affidavit of documents.

But you do have to provide all the documents ahead of time to the other party so why don't you provide the documents at the TMC?

You can add this issue to the list of issues to be dealt with at the TMC.

As there is no TMC brief you can call the court and ask how to add it.

You cannot bring a motion without leave of the court.

No because you need this addressed before the trial.

I don't know if the trial record would be reviewed by the judge for the TMC.

I think you need the TMC judge to order that you can.
