I am about to get married in one week to a man I have worked…

I am about to get married in one week to a man I have worked for (he owns the business) for 11 years. He owns a family cottage. We are both divorced. My assets total about 400k (assets from previous sale of my personal home). His net worth including company holdings is approx 8m. He had talked about a pre nup to protect the family cottage and his business. I heard nothing more and assumed we would post nup the cottage issue, but i now know he is desperately trying to pull a marriage contract together prior to the wedding. Details in it will address the cottage, the company & settlement amount if we divorce based on length of marriage.
Questions: 1. Am I entitled to share any increase in value in the cottage from date of marriage? (it is year round and we spend a great deal of time there and it could be argued that it is a second matrimonial home)
2. I have helped build this company and continue to work here as part of the senior management team. Do I have any rights to the increase in the value of the company should we divorce?
3. Finally, I'm seeing a number of 50k per year settlement after 2 years of marriage and 750k max settlement at 10yrs of marriage.
Trying to keep my emotions at bay for now but will not sign under pressure days before the wedding and I do not have time to get a consultation with my lawyer in the next few days. Any advice would be appreciated so I know what I need to look at.
