The exhibits for the Affidavit are attached as part of the Affidavit. If you want them to be part of your sworn testimony that have to be attached to the affidavit.You refer to them in your affidavit as exhibit "1", exhibit "2" etc as you refer to them in your Affidavit and then put them at the back of the affidavit.You can serve all the documentation at the same time and then file it all with the court with proof of service.
