There is no way to remove your name from the debt unless the creditor agrees. This is not likely unfortunately.
If your first husband is responsible for the debt and it harming your credit rating then you can sue him.
You could sue him in Small Claims Court and will not need a lawyer.
I am sorry you are in this unfair position.
