No, it is not likely that sending some text messages that are nasty would result in her getting sole custody. The court will look at many other factors to determine what is in the best interests of the children. They consider the ability of both parents to meet the day to day needs of the children, their home environment, their past relationship and bond to the children. But they will consider whether the parents can communicate and cooperate together. So it may be best for you to send a further text saying that you did not mean the earlier texts or apologizing, and try to undo any damage that may have been done. You want to have the best case possible, and while the texts alone would not likely result in loss of custody, it is a weakness in your case.
