re: court orders and the other side's counsel usurping the court's powers.
I've asked you many related questions under name: "JACUSTOMER-2JNOMGH4".
I'm thinking of submitting another NOM for clarification of the court order stating I need to provide a Mental Health Assessment from a psychiatrist rather than a psychologist, and want your thoughts on this. (**just a head's up: please be aware that I must ask a number of questions within the next couple of weeks)
1. court order(s) state: "updated psychiatrists report" is required (there was a MCFD psychiatrist involved and I can't access her as a personal client)
2. Due to the time crunch (and cost effectiveness) I got a MHA from a PSYCHOLOGIST in good standing.
3. 6 Months ago I got an UPDATED PSYCHOLOGISTS REPORT (and this was from a court order)
4. The PSYCHIATRISTS REPORT UPDATE is still outstanding.
5. 6 months ago I put in a NOM to CLARIFY THE COURT ORDER, since it would take too long to find and get in to see a psychiatrist. the judge basically lobbied to have the psychologists report put into play INSTEAD of the psychiatrists report. Wording he actually used (from the court transcript):
court: "Ms. Lee, what say you to having an updated psychological assessment by Dr. Thinda rather than a psychiatric assessment?"
Ms. Lee (counsel for other side): "Yes, we want to have -- we would like ot know whether he is being treated and that he doesn't have the delusions, so we would want to have a psychiatric assessment."
the court later goes on to declare:
" I am going to order that there be order for the preparation of an updated psychological report to be prepared by Dr. Sundeep Thinda...."
6. The counsel for the other side has used this technical glitch to usurp the court's power to keep me from even visiting my kids.
QUESTION: What do you think of the idea of me putting in another NOM asking again for clarification of the court orders?
(the affidavit would include the court transcript mentioned above, along with the psychological report, the update, proof that I've talked to psychiatrists about appointments, the quote I got from one psychiatrist stating it's $5,000.00, plus proof that I've not taken medication in 4 years)
MY POINT IS: I'd like to dispense with any request for any more psychiatrists reports.
I also have had 45 hours of supervised visits to support my claims of healthy fathering abilities, and 6 reference letters (including one from an award-winning author and a pastor of my church) supporting my fathering abilities.
