VerifiedGenerally if there is a recording you need to produce a transcript of the recording.
Otherwise it's likely that you would need permission of the Court to use an actual video recording as part of the evidence of a motion.
At trial it would be easier to use it.
For documents you would just label the document as an Exhibit and refer to it as such. You would not be able to serve this document by fax though.
