Two years ago his two oldest children came to live with us and I have been raising them as my own. They are now 15 and 17. As of one month ago my common-law spouse and I broke up and he signed a private separation agreement where we had it witnessed. As I had caught him cheating. Last week he left the home due to me serving him with an EPO. He has now decided that he will not be returning after the EPO expires and would rather live with his girlfriend. He will not pay me anything and has left me with a lease at $2500 a month as well as his two children. In the separation agreement he had agreed to pay spousal car payment and rent for two years and now he is saying that he's going to pay me nothing . He then contacted his ex-wife the mother of his children and said that they can go back to her . They both refuse to live with her and want to stay with me and their biological mother is telling me that she is going to go to court for custody of them and child-support from my spouse but that I can keep the kids and she will pay me if he pays her. He is also defaulted on the loan I signed for him as a cosigner and subsequently we were sued. … read more
