No, I never filed, he said he would kill me if I did. But the police too my to hospital where I spent two weeks. It happen in May 2018

My question is this. I am currently living in Ottawa community Housing,, subsidized social housing. I struggle with ptsd and anxiety and social depression. My assaulted lives only one block away. I wish to move to Toronto where my friends and support and profession are. I want to work party time, I want to live again. If I stay here I will probably. I have no money, and och does not do transfers of tenants with the. Housing. What can I do. Right. Sorry debts. I have to actually. Most important. Does the crime of domestic assault carry from one City to another? Ottawa social housing tells me they cannot help me find a place to live in Toronto as it is totally a separate entity - out of their jurisdiction so to speak. They inferred that if have to start all over and put my name on a waiting list for housing once I got Toronto. My question is shouldn't I be given priority access to housing/shelter as this happened to me IN ONTARIO?!I would love to speak with you but I can't afford it and you deserve to be paid for your hard work.I'm on disability.And please forgive typos! Lol! I meant to say Debra, not debts.

yes there are several things I would like to ask you I just don't know what the cost will be. It states that I will not be charged but I was given an amazing deal because I'm on disability .

Domestic assault is a federal crime but the problem social housing in Ottawa has nothing to do with social housing in Toronto.

And there is a waiting list because many are in need because of abuse so you won't get priority over them.

So yes you do have to start over unfortunately.
