Question for a statistician. Giving a presentation on how sampling is useful, specifically how random sample size based on proportion will be useful? Hypothetically, there are 2 groups, group A and group B. Group A comprises of people who are wondering if they should use sampling. Group B are experts who know about sampling. What would group B ask group A to figure out if group A would be needing sampling and would be needing to calculate random samples based on proportion.
