I am having trouble finding...

I am having trouble finding out how to calculate the answer to this statistics question using Multiple Linear Regression and Coefficients to find the confidence interval. I am given the following information and must answer the last two questions: Average Morale Score = β0 + β1 X1+ β2 X2+ β3 X3+ β4 X4+ β5 X5+ β6 X6 where: X1 = Academics Score X2 = Athletics Score X3 = Discipline Score X4 = Facilities Score X5 = 1 if Strategy A, 0 otherwise X6 = 1 if Strategy B, 0 otherwise The results are (n=66) Coefficients Standard Error Intercept 54.9729 18.4261 X1 0.0287 0.0954 X2 0.1147 0.1085 X3 -0.1576 0.1967 X4 0.2095 0.1374 X5 1.6539 3.7245 X6 5.5575 3.0085 Interpret 90% confidence intervals for β5 and β6 a. Confidence interval for β5 : We are 90% confident that ? a. Confidence interval for β6 : We are 90% confident that ? I have a study sheet given to me by the professor, but it doesn't have a solution and the book doesn't have an example to follow. Searching online to figure out how to answer this question only yields more advanced statistics that I really don't understand. Can someone help explain how to find the answer and why that's the way to find the answer?
