Came with car. a 2009 cadillac DTS

Mechanic's Assistant: Are you fixing your DTS yourself? What have you tried so far?

Have only tried to mash button for

Here is a picture that shows all of the screws holding glove compartment in place, remove screws, then you can pull out compartment enough to unplug switch. Problem is either wiring, switch, or body control module. Let me know how it goes, thanks.
