What you are experiencing is a common concern on all 2013 models and up. It is common enough that Cadillac/GM extended the length of coverage, so even though the car's warranty is expired, they will still be able to replace the screen under warranty. You will want to call ahead and schedule with the dealership though, as some of these are on back order and they are creating lists of customers who need them
