Hi, my name is ***** ***** I will be happy to assist with this today.In some cases, I may need more info to assist better.I apologize for any delay.

There were some issues on some of these with a software fault and a dealer had to plug in their computer to upload the latest software to correct the no display issue.I would have the dealer check and perform any updated software to see if this resolves this fault.This was a big issue.If this was already done let me know so we can continue.
