2008 cadillac dts

Mechanic's Assistant: Are you fixing your DTS yourself? What have you tried so far?

Replaced the strut assembly with a complete kit from strut masters both front. new front sway bar bushings, new front sway bar links, new front tie rod ends both sides

Mechanic's Assistant: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

Still clunk when accelerating from stop or a quick break or when you turn

Mechanic's Assistant: How old is the transmission? Have you checked the fuel filters?

The oem transmission and has always been serviced every 30k car has 100k

It sounds like either a worn axle or ball joint, everything else related has been replaced. It sounds more like a axle then a ball joint but I'd consider replacing both at the same time. You can get a lower control arm and axle off ebay for a reasonable price so I'd consider replacing both at the same time. Let me know if you have more questions, thanks.
