If this was a feature you had in the past on your model here and it will not do it now, if you had upgraded your phone the phone may not be compatible just yet until new software comes out to correct it on the phone itself or a dealer checks the programming in the vehicle to see if the programming can be updated.I have seen several new model phones not fully compatible causing this issue here.
