I have a 2003 Cadillac...
I have a 2003 Cadillac CTS that was equiped with an Analog phone, but was changed to digotal by a dealership. The phone stopped working and I was told by onstar that it could not be fixed. The dealership cannot fix this problem either. I have a message each time I open and close the door saying "Phone Unavailable". This message even plays when the car id off and sitting in the driveway. I would like to disable this message or have the phone repaired. My local dealership gave me a part number for a new module but the vin# ***** not match for this replacement. How can I disable this phone message?

I am sorry no one has responded yet. I know you must be thinking " I have been taken or this is a scam" Neither are the case. Sometimes there are more questions than we can get to and we just keep getting farther and farther behind. Today I have worked my fingers numb and just can not get to everyone. I am pretty sure I can help. Sometimes customers need help now and if help comes later it is just to late. In your case if it is not to late, let me know and I will do my best to earn your business.
