Don't want to pay additional amount with a call
Expert:  FIXITMAN replied 2 months ago.

Don't worry about the call. That comes through automatically. As for the issue with the vehicle, this is a hardware failure in the navigation unit. In some cases it can be reprogrammed and it will reboot and be fine, but most of the time it needs to be replaced.

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Can I reboot or does that have to be done by a technition
Expert:  FIXITMAN replied 2 months ago.

It would have to be reprogrammed by the dealer before rebooting it. You can try unhooking the vehicles battery for about 10 minutes and then hooking it back up as that can help in some rare cases.

Ok I'll try that
