I am sorry for not getting back with you right away. I was away from my computer. You need to have the nav module reprogrammed. That will usually fix this. In some cases it is a hardware failure which results in replacement of the entire unit, but most of the time the reprogramming will fix it. This can only be done at the dealer unfortunately.
