was changing power ant out and had a arc on wiring harness lost fuel center and climate control and radio checked fuses under dash glovebox and under hood all are good any idea what happened

Please Test Voltage + on "both sides" of Fuses 4 & 11, located in the Inside Fuse Panel

Fuses can "look good" but be bad, this is why we need a Test Light or Volt Meter (DC)

Test the ORANGE & PINK wire at the Antenna Relay for Voltage + with Key & Radio ON
PINK Voltage comes from the Radio & Fuse 4
ORANGE Voltage comes from Fuse 11
