Heat works perfectly on driver side but on passenger side it has to be on 90 to get some heat
JA: Have you checked the coolant level? Has there been any leaking from the hoses?
Customer: No leaks

Your 2005 has to blend door actuators, one on the LH side and on on the RH side and the common cause for the type of problem you are having is in most cases caused by a failing RH side blend door actuator. You can test this by removing the actuator and closing the blend door by hand and see if the heat returns. See the Actuator location in the link below.
