Running rough meaning the rpms are low or high or going up and down or a misfire is felt only at idle?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
No rpms steady just sounds rough if i unplug mass flow sensor it smoothes out
Expert:  Chris (aka- Moose) replied 11 months ago.

Prior to unplugging the MAF what was the rpm and after the MAF is unplugged what is the rpm?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
It's only about 500 RPMs
Expert:  Chris (aka- Moose) replied 11 months ago.

Was that before or after the MAF unplugged.

I am trying to figure out what rough idle in your case is since I asked if the idle speed was to low or high or going up and down and you said no.

At what idle speed when controlled manually with more throttle applied does it run smooth at?
