Are you referring to the Air suspension and if so did you have your mechanic scan the system to see if there are any suspension fault codes setting?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
no he didn't use the scanner

Expert:  Ron replied 11 months ago.

Okay if the light is on then there is a fault code and or codes setting. If you can get the system scanned and get me the codes I can help you get this resolved.

no codes found
Expert:  Ron replied 11 months ago.

If the light is on then there are codes. You need a full scan tool to retrieve them. I code reader will not read these codes.

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
ok then i have to take it to dealer.
Expert:  Ron replied 11 months ago.

Any automotive shop should have a full scan tool to retrieve these codes.
