believe the crank pos sensor is gone bad need the location 2008 cad DTS 4.6L
JA: Does the vehicle stall at low speeds? Does it sputter?
Customer: yes it did altimatley just stop running
JA: Are you fixing your DTS yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: yes believe I shorted it out washing the undercouage of my car which has no shield
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: no just need to know where its located on this vehicle

Hi. The crankshaft position sensor is located under the intake manifold.

thank you but do you mean I have to take the whole manifold apart

Your welcome. And yes the manifold needs to come off. Through the website I can offer you the removal and installation instructions for the manifold if you need. You also will need new intake manifold gaskets.
