My name is ***** ***** I am a professional here at Just Answer. I noticed that your question had not received a response and thought I would see if you still need help with this.I apologize for the delay and I hope I can still assist you with this here.

If your check engine light has not come on with the abrupt shift issue here most likely this is not a transmission fault internally. This does sound more like mount issues with the engine or transmission mounts being at fault for being damaged or broken needing replaced.I have seen mounts break or collapse and cause this shift feel and noise here.I would have the mounts inspected for any faults with them and replaced as needed.

As for the suspension noise issues here I have seen faults with the suspension strut mounts start to create this noise needing replaced.I would have these inspected as well to see if they need replaced.Usually this will squeak when turning or over bumps.
