2001 Eldorado ESC has no air coming from front vents only,

2001 Eldorado ESC has no air coming from front vents only, but does blow from top, bottom, floor and backseat. What is malfunctioning?
JA: How long has this been an issue? How many miles are on the car?
Customer: just got it used 147,000 miles
JA: Are you fixing your Eldorado yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: spark plug replacement due to misfire
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: might it be an electrical switch or an actuator, or some other type of problem?

Welcome, I'm Chris (aka Moose) I prefer to work when others don't, I am here around lunch and after dinner till after midnight.

You have a mode door issue causing this. The door is stuck, broken, the vacuum actuator is not working. Here is a vacuum diagram.

Are you planning to fix this yourself.
