I dont have my alarm key,when i open the door and tried to start everything went dead,no horn or ligjts
JA: Will the headlights turn on? Is the battery fully charged?
Customer: No nothing
JA: What is the model/year of your Cadillac?
Customer: 1999cadilac devile
JA: What year is your Cadillac?
Customer: 1999
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Nothing, it wont turn over
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: If ess giving me notice of disabling theft system problem but it always started before now

If the Key turns the Ignition Switch & you have NO Lights, Dash, Radio, etc.......Then it is NOT the Factory Alarm being the cause
You either have a Dead Battery, Low Battery or bad connections on the Battery Cables
Try, Jumper Vehicle or Charge Battery
Factory Alarm would NOT shut everything down
