.sorry for the delay.............Greetings...... “Hi, I’m Don (aka MOLurch) and I look forward to helping you!”.You need to test the "3" Fuses located in the Rear Fuse Panel, for Voltage + on "both sides" of Fuses with Key ONFuse "CLUSTER", Fuse "RLY IGN1", & Fuse IG-O-BODY"Click Attachment belowIF Fuses are good, then remove the Cluster & Test the ORANGE, PINK & LIGHT GREEN wires at the Cluster Plug with Key ONIF there is Voltage on those wires, the replace or Repair the ClusterTo Pinpoint use of GM Dealer Scan Tool is neededapprx 1 hour labor

then have the Cluster replaced or have RepairedThere are a number of Web Sites that will repair, if you send the Cluster to them
how do you know the Cluster you installed did not have the same problem?
I bought the cluster from junkfixed itproblem is same???
I'm sorry, but you are not being straight forward with your responses & I do not like guessingI posted what to check & what to do, as these Digital Clusters were a problem with GM.That is why they discontinued themThe problem is internal to the Cluster & apparently you did not fix the one you recieved from the "junk"I will OPT OUT & RELISTThanks
