No air flow from blower fan. 97 deville w/ ECC. Can feel

Customer Question

No air flow from blower fan. 97 deville w/ ECC. Can feel cold air but no fan. Control module?
JA: Do the vents feel cold? Is there a coolant leak?
Customer: Vents cold. No leaks. Car has 40k actual miles.
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I hope I can fix it myself. This happened before and I pulled the a/c relay from box under hood. Put it back in to go get a new one and pulling out of driveway it started working. That was a year ago. Got new relay and replaced but did not help.
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: ??? I don't know anything else to tell.

FRONT BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR This vehicle does not use a Front Blower Motor Resistor. The Front Blower Motor speed is regulated by the Front Blower Motor Speed Control which is incorporated into the Front Blower Motor and is not serviced separately.
