Customer Question

I own a 2003 cadillac deville that i bought new, and did regular maintenance,i now have 58,000 miles.
recently it started making a crunching noise when turning left or right.
i took it to the shop and was told the front motor mount was the problem, they replace it ,but it did not fix the problem.
i returned to the shop to be told it was the front shock and strut wich they replaced.
but the noise is still there, they spent 4 hours trying to find where the noise was coming from without succes, and they told me to bring it back next week, so far i spent over a thousand dollars and i'm getting frustrated.
