DIC SAYS CHECK COOLANT LEVEL, BUT IT'S FULL.
JA: How many miles on the car? How has your mileage been lately?
Customer: 136,000. Just purchased the car.
JA: What is the model/year of your Cadillac?
Customer: 2002 Cadillac deville
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Not sure. I haven't tried anything yet.
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: I get the same message for my oil level. It is also full though.

Hello there,

Strange to have two warnings, but they may have faulted at different times.

There would be a sensor in the coolant header tank for the coolant warning, and a sensor in the side of the engine sump for oil level.

The first thing I would do is scan the vehicle for DTCs (codes), and checked some data in PCM (engine), DIC, Instruments, BCM etc.

You may to take it to your Cadillac dealer.
