Hello. Usually the symptoms you are describing are caused by bad sway bar bushings. I would replace those since they are cheap and easy to replace and most often the cause of this. If the noise continues after the sway bar bushings are replaced, then you'll to have someone bounce the rear of the car to re create the noise while someone else visually inspects the rear end components and looks for damage. I think the bushings will fix it though. They usually do.
