Customer Question

Hi my name is ***** ***** I have a 98 Cadillac DeVille and my motor for the trunk to close by itself I don't believe is working where can I find the fuse box to see if that may be an issue
JA: Have you checked the manual yet? Most vehicles have two fuse panels.
Customer: I'm looking now
JA: What year is your DeVille?
Customer: 98
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes I do plan on fixing it myself I tried putting the key in the trunk lock itself and shutting it having a car I'm holding down the trunk button I've also just tried shutting it and nothing will take I have also gotten to the switch and held down the switch and no sound came out
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: I did just get it back today from switching an ignition switch
