this is the stock radio correct ?

if so can you turn the key OFF then disconnect both battery cables for 5 minutes then touch the 2 battery cables together for 1 minute then reconnect both cables to the battery will it work ?

sometimes a system reset by doing what i said to do will reset the computers and it should work just fine

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

The radio has almost certainly failed if it is the only thing not working. This isn't uncommon after a battery disconnect/reconnect or a jump start. the first thing you'll need to do is check fuses, if ok then the radio powers and grounds would need to be tested. If ok then the radio will need to be replaced or sent to somewhere such as United Radio for repair.
