1998 Cadillac Seville STS brake lights 't work but brake bar

1998 Cadillac Seville STS brake lights don't work but brake bar does. Any suggestions? Where are fuses?

Here is the wiring diagram,

The fuse powers both though. Same ground also. I know it would be rare that both bulbs burnt out at the same time, but it's possible so I would start with using a voltmeter or 12 volt test light and begin testing at the bulb sockets. If you don't have a helper, just place a stick on the brake pedal and seat cushion, then adjust the seat to press the pedal down while you test.
